I know that without ads and sponsors, our clan would not be possible but being a dedicated supporter is really nice when it comes to visiting the website. If you aren't a DS then maybe you should think about. It's worth the $5/month.

For ads there is a simple solution, its called adblocker
Might be a good idea to look for a different model to gather money (also a different one than offer VPS servers and such).

As for me, I might become a donater later on, but first I would like to check how the community is in here.

Hey pure welcome aboard and yes a cushy stated there is no other place id rather be ive met some great people here and am loving every day here. as for dedicated supporter i just started mine a month ago and I certainly think 5 bucks a month is worth it to help keep these servers running

i started it a while ago. You will never miss the $5/month. Its an easy painless way to help pay for the place that we all love to play. Even after I had started dedicated supporter, I would still watch the ads. when you watch them all the way thru, eGO gets money. Its a small sacrifice. I deal with much worse simply by watching television.

Whether you donate or not, eGO, especially the DoD division, is the best place that Ive ever had the pleasure to game. I wouldnt trade it for anything!
