hmmmm i try to get on server they arent full but i get this error server is not responding ... do we have a server that is currently working??

Can't say since I am stuck at work, but looks like both servers are running and full from the boxes on the left here on the site. Obviously your internet is working since you are here. Did you try closing steam and reopenning it? Sometimes they have a patch anbd need to restart steam to get the update. If that doesn't work, may want to head to steampowered.com and check their forums, someone else may have a similar problem.

yeah i think it was an update it was just updating after i got home

if it says server is not responding always try refreshing the server
