GamingRobot has been working tirelessly on this. I can tell because I've been watching him fastidiously like a parrot on his shoulder. Also, it looks like the crashes are happening globally; go to any TF2 server anywhere and you'll encounter similar problems. Leadership will be monitoring the situation closely and will attempt to keep the servers up as much as possible (i.e. applying duct-tape to everything).
