Turn off blood but turn on spray

Hey folks, this thread is gonna be more on the "technical" side of css. I've been looking up different solutions to my predicament but none of them has worked so far... The backdrop of the story is I want to turn off blood because even though it looks cool, I usually get blood spots and heads mixed up.. so sometimes I shoot at a blood spot for no reason. I want to keep spray on for admin purposes and sometimes sprays give me good laughs.

So far, the only thing I've found is putting this in autoexec file or console

r_decals 2048
mp_decals 2048
cl_playerspraydisable 0
r_spray_lifetime 2
decalfrequency 10
cl_allowdownload 1
cl_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1
violence_hblood 0
violence_ablood 0

This method works great when I tested it with bots and stuff but on real servers, I still see blood.

Anybody has any ideas/inputs? Solution to this would be much appreciated, and who knows, maybe I'll take you out to lunch/ dinner :)

Instead of going all technical, you could probably just download a skin to make blood invisible.

Skins only works on certain pubs, in this case it works great with ego. But when you scrim or do more competitive stuff, skins don't work. And updates always ruin it too. I guess it's the best solution for now lol, props :)
