GTX 650 TI or AMD HD 7790

I seriously cant tell which one to get. I have no side with AMD or Nvidia just seeking general insight on these cards. Some websites say the 7790 is faster and some say the 650ti is.

If you're talking about the normal 650ti not the 650ti BOOST(from the link you posted, you are), definitely get the 7790.

If you meant to say the 650ti BOOST, I'd probably get that one. BUT for about $20-30 more you could get a 7850, which is a much better value imo.

personally i like nvidia little more because they have better drivers amd (ati) has a little more problems with their drivers

7790 vs 650ti not boost, get the 7790.
7790 vs 650ti BOOST, earlier I said the get the 650 but then I realized they both come with free bundles, get whichever comes with the game bundle you care about the most;
7790 comes with Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, Bioshock Infinite & Tomb raider
650ti BOOST comes with $75 in-game credit for for 3 f2p games: Hawken, World of Tanks, and PlanetSide 2 ($25 for each game)

Sounds like you have your mind made up, but I'm going to throw my two cents in anyways. I went through this same exact dilemma about 4 months ago. I ended up going with an AMD (the 7870) and I have to say that I have had no driver issues at all. I've played around a dozen different games put out by about 8 different developers and every one of them has been rock solid. Also, if I'm not mistaken both Microsoft and Sony has announced that their next generation systems will both use AMD GPUs. I'd imagine that this would be a great incentivizer for game companies to start becoming much more AMD friendly on the development side.
