New Mouse: Madcatz R.A.T. 7 ?

Hey hey,

Im thinking about getting a new mouse, just because im getting bored of my Logitech G9x. I'm thinking about the madcatz R.A.T. 7. Anyone any experience with this mouse?

yup, I love my RAT 7. I run mine fully weighted and dpi on the fly when I need precision. I have most of my weapon and interaction done all by the mouse buttons. 1 note.. the thumb buttons will loosen a bit once used enough.. but I haven't noticed any issues because of it.

I have one and I'm kinda on the fence about it. I LOVE the thumb and pinky rest on it... But that is about it.. The whole adjustment of the weight and length of it I could do with out.

To me it is an ok mouse, but not worth the price they charge for it.

On a side not my RAT7 is starting to get pretty worn out and will be having to replace it soon(I'm pretty rough with my mouses in general tho)

Has been about 5 months since I have had it tho.

Haven't owned it not i have demoed it on game stations in the few pc stores we have around here microcenter/frys/ect and ht felt like a good mouse. Loved the texture of the hand rest and buttons.
