I have had a lot of people tell me that the game doesn't run well for them for they are just having problems. So I decided to compile all the settings for the game that will hopefully help to improve the fps for those having performance issues.
The first thing you will need to do is locate your ROengine.ini file located here:
C:\Users\(Your Name)\Documents\My Games\Rising Storm Beta\ROGame\Config
After you open that file up you will want to search for these settings listed below, note though that you will want to only search for the name of the setting alone i.e. DynamicDecals and not DynamicDecals=True
All of the values for the settings below are what they need to be set to, this will force everything to the lowest settings and allow you to bump them to see where you start losing performance and thus keep you on the balance between quality and performance for your system.
AllowMLAA=False
AllowFXAA=False
MaxAnisotropy=1
MaxMultisamples=1
GraphicsQualitySetting=0
CharacterQualityDetail=0
TextureQualityDetail=0

If you would like to disable to the startup movies you can search for bForceNoMovies and set it to true so it looks like this:
bForceNoMovies=True
Again this will set everything to the lowest setting and allow you to move up in increments to find what runs well for you. Remember though that this game is still in beta so some optimizations will be made to allow the game to run better. So check on these settings after updates to see if you can bump up some more.
