So....(gather round).it's custom...yeah....and it's not too flashy (exagerated hand gestures)...buuttt...(clears throat)....but the power'll creep up on ya if ya let it.

Also, it runs on liquid nitrogen and pepsi. %$*%, what's his name...I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME... O yeha..Walter White could learn a few things.

I had always built modest gaming rigs from ground up. But this last time ordered a kind of vanilla Dell XPS 410, but it did have a Q6600 Quad Core. This was 5 years ago, and by FAR the longest I've had a PC last me. I have a decent video card (5770) and all the games I want to play are fine (not super, but fine). The big disappointment is the MB is capped at 4GB RAM. This, more than anything else is going to drive me to a new PC in the next year; and the next one will be a beefed up Gaming Rig.

My aged gaming setup

My pc is getting dated nowadays, but its custom built from scratch by me, which is imo the only way to go. Much cheaper than buying a prebuilt gaming rig.
Asus m3a78 pro mobo
Amd Phenom x4 940 3.0 ghz, used to oc the processor but there is no need
8 gigs ddr2 800
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 ti 2 gig video
WD Raptor 10k 500gb hd primary
2 WD 500gb secondary HD's
800 watt psu, really good one cant remember the make
Ran windows xp for very long time, then started over with raptor 10k hd with windows 8 64 bit to increase ram past 4 gb cap for xp
Sound blaster audigy 2 zs gamer sound card, that thing is tempermental but when i get it working sound is much better.
For pc screen i use a samsung 46 in led lcd tv, secondary is an asus 24 in lcd.
5.1 surround speaker setup, and a pair of bose headphones for when i want to really hear whats going on lolz!!!:thumbup1:

Suprisingly this rig hasnt been challenged yet, keep it clean and running smooth hasnt had an issue with any game ive tried yet, ultra settings on everything ive tried, which is every major game release.

Just a random ultrabook. It runs tf2 on high at 30fps, low-chris-dx8 gets 60. New vegas and far cry 2 go all the way up at 50fps though.
