you can download it on whatever machine you choose as many times as you choose.

Premium has so much more to offer than the CQ expansion. Besides, CQ isn't really the most loved expansion.

You're probably right. I myself did buy the premium but it wasn't till afterwards that I realized the CQ expansion was free. I saw someone above praise the premium edition and then another the Karkand map, so I assumed it was all in the CQ DLC

Idk what the premium has more of but I assume it is worth it from the price it's at now
