Royalty Free Loops & Copyright Question

I have a quick question regarding Royalty Free Loops and copyright.

If I make a song with the loops is it deemed legal and or really considered "mine?"

All samples and loops are free to use in commercial and non commercial projects. You may NOT use or re-distribute any media from the loops section of looperman.com as is on any other web site, free sample site, loop or sample cd, cover mount disk, or any other format or medium without prior consent from looperman.com. For example you cant take the loops listed here and offer them as loops on your own site. Should you wish to use a loop for commercial purposes its your own responsibility to ensure that anything downloaded from looperman.com is legally available for use. Whilst we do our best to vet any loops uploaded we can not offer a 100% guarantee and will not be held responsible for their use.

I don't plan on going commercial at anytime soon, perhaps never. But sometimes legal terms confuse me. I also want to upload the song/track onto their site (and give credit), but I don't want to piss anyone off.
