Issues downloading new Jail skins

I've run into an issue where the download for the new Jail skins stops progressing when it hits one of the skins labeled "Section 8". If anyone else has encountered the issue, and has solved it, could you please post your solution? Any other general solutions for downloading skins is welcome as well.

For further clarification, this pertains to the new models added onto the jail server.
