Ive been training as a ninja for the past 5 years, and now ive been training in Shaolin White Dragon(SWD) Kungfu for 2 years so I combine the 2 in my name SWDninja im only explaining thisebcause some people have thought SWD is some sweedish thing LOL. XD

Iv'e been in Jiu-Jitsu for 6 years, Muay Thai for 6 years, and Wrestling for 7
I occasionally see SWD's in some tournaments i'm in. Not that they fight the style of it, just a few GI's.

Oh wow thats cool, ya SWD isant the "common" one you see out there, and wow ur the first person I know to have studied Muay Thai, if im thinking what it is correctly, I couldbe mixingit upwith somthing else, but I heard somthing like you break your bones, let them heal, then break them again and doing that makes them very strong or somthing like that.

I've been doing Kenpo Karate since i was 4, i'm 16 now so that equals about 12 and a half years of my life. Currently i do training stuff for cage fighting like you see on ufc.

delrio is a few things. It means "from the river," which only fits, because unlike most, I just crawled out of a river and landed in front of a computer. Funny how these things happen.

Of course, it's also a misspelling of "delerio," which really has nothing to do with why I chose it. But since a lot of folks pronounce it as such, I figure I can mention it.
