I picked this game up off origin after I got my new PC and to be honest when i played on Xbox as a level 54 colonel I didn't have too many problems I come to PC and realize I cant aim for crap with the mouse and I tend to explode for no reason all the time...I just need some tips to do better.

Practice practice practice. That is the best advice honestly.

1.) Use cover, console players tend more to very aggressive run and gun play. The PC players will destroy you at least in the beginning if you play that way.

2.) Squad play is your friend.

3.) Find a gun you can be accurate with and really use that gun. The PC game really has differences that are more noticeable with a mouse than on a controller.

4.) Watch your corners and fully clear areas. "Camping" is WAY more prevalent than on console. It is seen as more of a legit strategy than on console.

These are just a few that I have found the hard way. I am sure others have other tips.

watch your mini map stick with your squad drop medkits/ammo crates. if your having a hard time aiming use any of the assault rifles they have least recoil are easier to use and have the best damage

Play lots of Close Quarters to improve your reaction time.

well are some tips that apply specifically to op metro
one must learn the geometry of op metro
one must learn the art of nade evading of op metro
one must learn the art of reviving
one must learn the go to spots of op metro
one must learn the strategies of op metro
one must learn the power of the skill cannon
one must learn the way

more to come

If you have a wired xbox controller or one with a charger cord you could always hook it to your pc and see if that helps you out a bit! :)

Noshar, kharg, bazaar, and tehran TDM for aim practice, but dont sit in a corner camping run around and try and force the spawn location for either team to change example on bazaar one team normally gets stuck where the RU spawn on conquest would be if you are on that team force your team out of that spawn if you arent on that team then force your team to have that spawn so you keep the game moving and everyone running around.

Just get in and log some hours. Feel free to add any of us on battlelog friends so that we can squad up and wreck some fools!! Also jump on vent so we can answer any questions and help you out with more ingame tips and tricks. I can relate to switching from consol to pc. Mouse sensitivity is what I struggled with the most.

I have a medical condition called an essential tremor dont wanna go into it, but when i use mouse aim over a controller sometimes it looks like my screen is having a seizure... So im tempted to use a controller over a mouse or just get a heavier mouse.

Well let me know what you decide on, I just ordered a steelseries gaming mouse (not heavy) but definitely bigger than what I was using. I'm interested in possibly trying a controller out myself, mainly so I can play in a more comfortable position. I messed my back up at work a few years ago and sitting in an upright chair for more than 3 hours is unbearable.

PS: I seen this on the website when I was looking for controllers, I know its not what you used while playing on console but I thought it might be worth a look.

Burst fire at all times, it will drasticly increase your accuracy
I dont agree with this statment.
Sure burst fire long range, but close to medium range. You can full auto as long counter the recoil, ofcourse this varies from weopon to weapon.

Its personal choice, some people would rather continue shooting until the guy is dead and other prefer to fire short more accurate bursts

I had the exact same problem with tremors but mine were caused by anxiety, I'd recommend playing on a low sensitivity with a bigger mousepad. This helped me loads.

This is how I get a 2.0 K/D in almost every game:

1) Start playing on TDM maps like Canals, Kharg Island, Grand Bazaar or Seine to practice your aim and get used to the general pedagogy of the game.
2) Lower the sensitivity, because a lower sensitivity will provide a higher accuracy. Google the best config for the mouse sensitivity.
3) Don't rush and move from cover to cover.
4) Master the recoil of at least 1-2 guns of every class, so that when you want to use the support class, you'd be able to use the LMG or whatever weapon.

In a long range, but in close quarters, you'd want to spray the heck out of your gun. xD

Thanks for the feedback :P I've tried lower sensitivity it does help, but there are still those obvious moments when you need to turn instantly and you cant. What I have found that still works is definitely burst firing, moving cover to cover because people rush your camping spot and using Noob tube buck shot :3 also when I played on Xbox all i did was play TDM hardcore on Noshar Canals (dont know if thats right spelling)
But really thanks for the help switching platforms doesn't seem like much at first, but that's because everyone on xbox is awful sorry to say. I forgot that there are actual respectable clans that compete in real tournaments and not just being stupid like that whole Optic clan thing with CoD that literally made me face palm every second until I switched to BF.

Its personal choice for sensitivity, some like it fast and some like it slow, but personally i recommend either fairly high or kinda low, example 500~1700 dpi for kinda low and the only other range I like is 5600+ dpi, when i played with 5600 dpi i did my best shots but i tried lowering mine to 1500 dpi and its really hard to switch back because of the feel.
