Nope, it's a closed beta. Either you have premium bf3, mohw or pre-ordered it

IMO your best bet is preorder bf4 for the beta

Id bet that they do like a one week closed beta followed by a 2 week open beta, they did this for bf3.

its in alpha right now so beta wont be out for awhile
