It has average accuracy for carbines, the same 0.4 of guns like the M4A1, G53, and G36. It's tied for third best rate of fire at 800rpm, with the M4A1/M4, only behind the ACR (850) and MTAR (900). It has perfectly balanced horizontal recoil, and the lowest value for carbine's vertical recoil. And like you mentioned, the better hip fire that bullpups get (which also means faster side to side movement while ADS). It even has easy to use, clear iron sights.

The only part which the gun does not do well in is the reload time, which is the second worst after the MTAR.

The A-91 is one of the better carbines of the engineer class.

Me personally I find that gun to accurate and long range.
 
MTAR! all the way! other carbines that are acceptable are as follows, g36, and g53. Anything else is just kinda meh in my opinion.
 
AEK to troll people
G36C is my main go to weapon of choice
M240B/ P90 with laser for Support
Assault is really hard to pick AEK,F2000,AN 94, M16A4, AUG, and the Scar L are all tied for first with me.
Recon I hate this class, but my all time Favorite gun is the L96 with Rifle scope suppressed and straight pull bolt.
 
Assault:M16A3 [RDS,Foregrip,Laser Sight], or the Aug A3 [SAME]

Engineer:M4 [Suppressor,Foregip,Heavy Barrel], AK-74M [SAME] I rarely actually use the weapons since I only take Eng if I'm using MBTs

Support:The Pig (M60) [Bipod,ACOG 4x,Extended Mags]

Recon:was the M40A5 but just unlocked the M98B typically use 12x Ballistic+Straight pull bolt though depending on map/situation will use the Bipod

Extra: P90 [Suppressor,Laser Sight,RDS] M1014 [Extended Mags,12G Buck or Slug Map/situation dependant]

Yes!

The MTAR is truly a weapon of awesome. 31 rounds and at 900 RPMs makes it the AEK for engineers. The AS VAL and M5K are also some fun guns.
