hl2.exe stopped working on all eGO servers

[Stroman]

Hi all,

An issue has crept up over the last couple of days. I can't get past the "Select Team" screen on any eGO DoD server or CS server. I get the hl2.exe stopped working error.

I can play DoD and CS on non-eGO servers just fine. Have there been any enhancements/modifications recently?

Also, it is interesting to note that my son had the problem today on his laptop.

Could the issue have to do with my ATT Uverse broadband?

This is being looked into, other players are reporting the same issue. I am having one of them try and update their Flash player, as it might have something to do with the ads we run. You can try to do the same, I haven't heard back from them yet if it is working, or you can sit tight while we look further into this and figure out what is happening. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry for any inconveniences.
