On behalf of Level Battlefield, I’m proud to announce the start of Season 4! This season is special because we’re going to be implementing some new formats to the tournament. So let’s get down to what’s going to be happening this season at LevelBF!
FOUR TEAM SYSTEM
That’s correct. Instead of the two-team system we will be expanding to four! We’ve been listening to several of your comments and feedback regarding play time and the over crowded squads which has led to this decision. So what does this expansion mean exactly? First of all, you’re going to be playing against three teams this season instead of just one. This keeps things fresh every Saturday and makes each round that more important to become victorious. Finally, more play time. The squads will no longer be overwhelmed with 40 members in them making each player a more valuable asset for showing up.

We’re extremely excited about the team captains for this season. All four of them have extensive 32v32 experience and are ecstatic about the competition and leading their team. These are your season 4 team captains:

BUDDY DRAFT SYSTEM
To ensure balance with the new four team system, we’ve decided to go with a buddy draft system. This draft system will help even the teams up from the start while also allowing you to sign up with a set number of friends to be drafted together. The draft will be broken up into 5 platforms (infantry, armor, jets, helicopters, and mobile aa) The maximum (anything less is fine as well) buddy group size is as follows: infantry (5), armor (2), jet (2), heli (2), maa (1).
Once you have your group together, you and your friends will be required to select one of the five listed platforms as your specialization as a group to play for the entire season. You will not be allowed to mix platforms up in your group.
This is an example that works: 5 infantry players
This example does NOT work: 3 infantry, 2 tankers
This is an example that works: 3 infantry
This example does NOT work: 1 jet pilot, 1 heli pilot
MAP SYSTEM
Instead of having a predetermined map list, the community (you guys!) will get to influence the map list heavily. More details to come on this.
OPEN DRAFT SIGN-UPS
Sign-ups for the draft will be open on Sunday, June 30th.
Sign-ups for the draft close Thursday, July 11th.
I recommend each and everyone of you to go sign up for the draft. The game times are every Saturday from 1PM est to 6PM est. eGO will be Team Blue Eagles If you want to play on that team, please put that note when you sign up.
The biggest names in Battlefield in this tournament, the best pilots, tankers, infantry etc, this is your chance to learn and get better. The scrims are every Saturday so make this part of your weekly schedule. Interact with members of other clans and remember to represent eGO proudly.
