I got half life 2 episode 1 problem

Ok it says that i have to have 2.9 GHz something and i only have 2.66 GHz.. I just kept updating and im not sure if it affects anything..

If it does do i need a new process and which one?

I think thats a hardware issue not a software update problem.

I played episode 1 on a 2.6ghz P4 with a gig of ram and an awful Geforce 5600, and it ran just fine. Are you sure you don't mean episode 2?

i didnt buy episode 2 it just said like an error thing but it runs fine i thought something went wrong.....

i didnt get orange box i just got TF2 and portal .... because i personally hate half life... im starting to get half life 2, and HL2:EP1

so what you are saying is that you paid $49.90 for TF2 and Portal,..... and didnt spend the extra $0.05 to get the 3 extra games, that are not only awsome games but one of which is tied in its rating as the best game of all time? Are you kidding me?

How does anyone "hate half life"? I can only assume yo mean the first one - and even so, how can anyone hate that game? It's the best game ever. Every game you play today has taken elements of that game. It helped define a the genre, not to mention how unbelievably state of the art it was plus having a real plot and putting you--- gah i cant take anymore of this - is it april 1st already?

i just simply hate it... i dont like story games like single player.. I bought portal because u can travel stuff... i just dont like it..
