How do I report a cheater?

Hey guys.
The cheaters I am talking about are not in ego server. but i can't do anything about it. EA is telling me to contact them for this. whenever I want to, they refer me to the page which says contact us again. I don't know what to do. just look at this:

I know it has nothing to do with you. but please help!
