PSC Advisor Promotion

<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">The Personnel Service Center would like to congratulate Lucas15 on his promotion to Advisor. His dedication to the PSC and CS Events Program has demonstrated that Lucas has the leadership qualities that we look for in Advisors. He has been a strong asset to the PSC and has helped in several different areas, such as PSC Training and Event Coordination. Even with his event responsibilities in Counter-Strike, he stood up to the plate and proved to us that he has what it takes. We would like to welcome him to our leadership team and look forward to working with him.

I've spoken to them personally about this same matter, but I'd like to thank Lt.Nond, DaddyO, and Tumblin for all of their work and dedication to the PSC. It was much appreciated and helped the PSC grow to its current set.
