Making a Sig

hey I know someone already posted about this, but my situation is a lil bit different. I dont need help making a sig, I need to either have someone makeone for me (if they wanted to that is ^^) or can anyone suggest where I could read about how to make one? i dont know a thing about them, if either those pics are made from scratch or from a screenie idunno. If anyone has any ideas where to learn or if anyone wantsto make for me, letme know ^^

(I want it to be a Medic sig, a pic of a medic shooting a healing beam right at u, thad b awsome) oh and p.s, to those who saw my apply post when I first joined a while ago, i said my main and only char a play is demo, its now medic XD

Not sure how this is different then other request posts, but if you say so. haha.

Anyway, at the top of this forum section is a post/sub forum to request art. I am sure people there would be more then happy to help you out.
