When I was at college at UW-Stout, I played on a DoD:S server hosted on the UW-Madison campus, so it was fiber the whole way. I had a ping of 8ms some days.

I know it's my internet, I need to make a call, I'll go from ping of 80 to 800+ for random lengths of time. I'm having withdrawal :bored:
