I need some help with my computer.

Hey my computer has been really slow and laggy on all games. It's actually a really fast computer but for a long period of time my anti virus's and stuff weren't working. I was wondering if someone with teamviewer can just fix it because it's really annoying and all the things i tried aren't working and it's ruining my gaming.
