Help Hijacked

Hey guys my other profile got hijacked and i dont know really what to do i have his steam name :tr!x
and the account he stole: metis
do u know how i can bust this guy?

Did you buy physical copies of any games and associate them with that account? Cause the easiest way to reclaim an account is to contact Valve and use the CD-Key from a game you purchased to prove you own the account.

YEP I HAVE MY hL2 CD KEY So... what do i do?

e-mail Valve! some times they need more than just the listed CD key. When my BF1942 CD-Key was hacked I had to send in a picture of me holding the box with the CD key shown.

I'm terribly sorry to hear about this mate, I hope you get it solved.

BF1942 isn't Valve or Steam. What you need to do is check the forums and write a certain something on the CD Key, scan the picture, then email it.
