Just giving people a warning if they see this game on steam its actually War Z and just was renamed. Far as i know the game is exactly the same as it was when it had the original title.

thanks for the warning, I played it and to be 100% honest its not really as bad as what everyone is saying. I played it for about 14 hours now I think maybe more. and for 3$ I can't really complain. Its supposed to be going free to play in October? I think

:)

cause steam had to take the reigns and hold there hand along the way. Since they made the title so that unsuspecting people thought it was a DayZ stand alone.

Everyone knew it wasn't a DayZ standalone. Unless they are blind. 2 letters are completely different :p herpaderpa.

Those of us who stuck with the game have been rewarded, plus the game has turned out very well.

Most tend to forget it was RELEASED in ALPHA for quite a while then Beta.<--- Might have to read that over again so those don't forget again. Just recently has been called "completed" but there are still many more upgrades to come.

To be honest, I thought WarZ was the standalone version of DayZ, too, or perhaps a spin-off. As it turns out, it was just a money-grubbing rip-off instead.

I'm certainly glad I realized my mistake, since DayZ is actually good and WarZ is just highway robbery. I can't blame people for being ticked off about WarZ given that they promised a lot of features and a polished, complete game and have (supposedly) just begun to deliver.

Why did people have to pay for an alpha product, then a beta product anyway? Games toted as 'released and finished' (as Infestation Survivor Stories was) should be released and finished.
