Making a Tf2 Hat in Workshop and need some Ideas

Im going to be learning and making a hat for tf2 in the workshop and I need some ideas post your replys using the template bellow if you could.

I always thought that a Where's Waldo set for the Spy would be cool. Waldo had a series of Eye Spy books where each page would show a scene crowded with people and you had to find Waldo. Kinda matches up with the Spy. You could have the hat either be a hat and glasses like the Head Honcho, or make the glasses a misc. Either way a striped shirt would be a misc. The hat and shirt could be team colors, but paintable. Here's a picture of Waldo in case you don't know who he is.
