Compatative Rank?

I just finished my 10 games to get my rank and i ranked Silver Elite Master I thought was awesome cause i used to suck at CSS lol but what are your guys ranks and does anyone know how to move up in rank?

I actually stopped Valve MM, and now I play in PUG (Pick up games). I usually go on either Altpug or Leetway, but there are premium solutions too, like ESEA PUGs.
