It's just PhotoShop playing around, really.. This one, I made a screenshot in Gmod, then traced every element onto it's own separate layer and applied shaders with the Fill->Gradient tool... (i.e. one goggle is 4 base layers + like 8 shaders)... So it's quite simple, but somewhat time-consuming, hehe...

Ah, yes, about TF2 + Gmod! If you have HL2 Episode 2, you can run Garrys Mod 2007 Beta. Here all the content from the Orange Box is included automatically. Go here for installation information (you must have/register an account):

If you don't have Ep2, the process is much more cumbersome, and I don't really have time to follow up in great detail, sorry. But check out my previous tutorial, in the thread linked to below, and see if you can get it working... It's not optimal, but it works... After all, it is a dirty work-around...
