Play it. Nuff' said.
But seriously, it's a ton of fun. It's a fast paced first-person-shooter that has some resemblance to the Halo series, Quake series and Tribes: Ascend. It runs really well and has little to no lag issues, and is really friendly to low-end PCs. It's also on Linux and Mac. Best of all, it's FREE!
Surprised that it's not really well-known. It needs more love.

Not gonna lie, those graphics are kind of trashy... but with that aside, it's really nice to see more and more games bringing back that fast-paced 'arena-style shooter' (complete with wonky, off-the-wall technology and weaponry) that you might expect to see from the likes of the Quake and Tribes franchises. It's not that I have anything against looking down iron sights but it does get a little tiring after the market gets saturated in those kinds of games. ;p

I will have to look into this one!

I don't see the Tribes relation. It's more like Unreal Tournament to me; even the video made the same "First Blood" that I recall from UT. No jetpacks, skiing, and you're in a closed environment; closest thing to Tribes is that its fast-paced, but that's it.

And what Chocolate said; it looks more like a UT ripoff to me.
