Its a space sim...that well looks awesome. It takes place in the X universe. However beware that this is singleplayer only. Which means no co-op or multi. Its where you play alone...no other people....sooo alone. Which is great for me

It is on steam, but so far its not on pre-order.

Man the hours spent in the X Universe... Really a great game. Very very very open world. The AI in the game will do what it does without you having to do anything to change things in the universe. A true simulation game.

I would recommend playing X series to see why everything is the way that it is... It will really help if you want to know more about the back story... Also to even see if you would like a game like this.

Looks interesting, digging the graphics and art style, very EVE-esque. And I see that Deep Silver is publishing the game (Metro: last light publishers), I may have to buy this upon release

It plays like EVE in the thought that you have to fly around to get missions, repair, buy sell stuff from different stations, and haul cargo from station to station.

But at the core of X which is the WASD movement and mouse shooting.

I wasn't comparing the gameplay, just the graphics and style they went with for their universe

Ahh. That is what I get posting before I had my coffee

X has always had pretty good graphics.

They have updated them quite a bit over XAP

Also LOVING how they finally added a cockpit... No more cockpit mod!
