well, whenever i start up my comp, i get an error from nVidia saying my graphics card is not reciveing enough power to work correctly. I have tried plugging in all the molex power connectors i have on my power supply...and it has said that same thing for all. i have a feeling that it is the power supply, but could it possibly be the graphics card? this is very annoying cause then i have to lower my game settings cause the graphics clock gets lowered.

Could be a number of things. Find out what voltage your power supply is putting out. Go to my computer, instead of opening it, right click on it. Click manage. Then go to device manager. Look up the devices and click on them, in the little title box below it should say 'This device is working properly.' Should let you see what's going on, also in there, click on your vid card, and then search for updates. Your display drivers might need to be updated.

That is not a result of old drivers. This is always caused by low power, that means one of two things: Your power supply is either not supplying enough power, or that your videocard is taking more than it is supposed to. For example:
If your card has a fan on it to help cool it, but you dont keep up with the dust, and the fan eventually spins once per hour due to it being stuck on clumps of dust, then there is alot of power being wasted in trying to turn that fan and that power is not delivered tot he res tof the card. This will result in that message - and infact, has happened to me personally on my last computer.
Your power supply could also just as easily not being putting out the correct voltage under heavy load with high currents. This could result in the message. Since it is free, why dont you open the case, and check out the dust situation. while it is open, look at the fan while it is on and see how fast it is spinning.

when you tired all of the molex connectors were they on their own line, or was say a hardrive or dvd rom plugged into the "molex chain" above. try to give it one clean path.. it makes wiring messy but it can be done.. daisy chain the system fans if thye use molex with the dvd drive and plug any fans into the system board if possible.

The first thing that would come to mind would be a screwed up power supply, but then again it might be the video card acting weird with your new motherboard, I mean, you video card being with your old motherboard for so long might be acting different with the new motherboard, he misses his real mom

holy crap did you say micro atx? Did you mean nini atx or really microatx? because most microatx powersupplies are specific and generally rediculously lower than startard power supplies.
What processor are you using currently, what video card and how mnay wantts is your powersupply?
