I have this item and want to sell it.
Does anyone know the price.

If you want to know how I got this some guy wanted to buy a strange grenade launcher and he said he was giving a 40 dollar dota 2 item for it so I did it without research.

I put this in DoTa 2 section but im putting it here as well just in for whatever reason.

Chocolate got it right; the Steam Market is probably where the guy got his $40 price; the trade actually worked in your favor, but that depends on what was the name of the item you traded to him. Right now, the item you got is roughly worth $45 as the price fluctuates; so you came out $5 higher than you thought; assuming you can find a buyer.
