During his tenure, he has served as an Advisor for both the PSC and CS Divisions. Bringing his knowledge from the PSC, he has dedicated himself to recruiting and has succeeded in every goal. He has maintained the high standards set forth by Council in terms of recruiting numbers and quality members.
