INsanes DoDs GUI+HUD V11 (SteamPipe) Version:2

I noticed a couple people around here still using the default HUD.
Now, there's nothing wrong with it other than the fact that it's huge takes up at least half of your screen, depending on the resolution you play at.

Here's the HUD I've used for years. It's a great HUD, with plenty of options!

He has some screenshots of the many different options it has available.
The download comes with some helpful screenshots, and a pdf help guide.
It comes with a .exe installer where you choose all the options you want.

I personally do not use the GUI aspect of it. I don't care what the main menu looks like, I just want to get rid of the old giant HUD.

Here's the options I use:

• HUD and GUI types: HUD only (Black)
• MENU Background: No Background
• HUD Extras: Custom HUD Icon, Custom Teammenu, Crosshair Pack, Darker Server Ad
• MG, Support Icons: Minimal Icon Options
• Health Bar Options: Two color bar
• Main Menu Options: No Menu
• Minimap Options: Keep standard files
• Kills & Deaths Type: Small YOUR BG only (This is for the kill messages. It highlights only your kills, and makes all kill messages smaller)
• Scoreboard Options: Default Colored Dark

Even better, if you choose some options and you don't like them, you don't have to delete files, just got into your Control Panel and uninstall it like any other program.

It actually is a really cool custom addon. I have used it previously and will probably reinstall it at some point soon.

My thing is that when people with too large of names kill one another it can bleed into my eye line to my cross hair so it helps to make that all smaller.

My thing is that when people with too large of names kill one another it can bleed into my eye line to my cross hair so it helps to make that all smaller.

If you don't like using the HUD try this to reduce clutter:
cl_deathicon_height "9"
cl_deathicon_width "25"

Thanks a bunch for the link. I used to run this UI but then it screwed up after one of the many useless Steam updates. After it failed me that one time it became dead to me, but I'm all about second chances if they're convenient for me.

NOTE: If it's like the old one, make sure not to click the website button (or whatever it's called) in the settings, it spams the hell out of the chat box with the creator's site.

I'll have to remember to try that out if I'm not using the hud. Right now it's fine but before I felt blinder than I am. haha

Works well, and has so many things to tweak. Makes the gaming experience even more fun tbh.
