Hi guys!

Some of you might know that I'm really into Electronic Dance Music (EDM). I've got a Soundcloud-profile were I upload all my mixes & projects, such as Mashups. A couple of days ago I uploaded a new Mashup, and I was curious if anybody of you likes it.

For those who don't know what a "Mashup" is, it's like putting 2 or more songs in a blender, turn it on and let the songs mix. The outcome, is called a Mashup. You basically put 2 or more songs together. But I think that was already clear.

I know there are a lot of people that aren't into House, which is perfectly fine of course. But even then you can still think if it's "musically correct". In other words, are the songs in the same key? That's my goal, to master the choices I make when selecting for new songs for a mashup. They have to be in the same key in order for the Mashup to sound good.

haha yeahh , i got a weird kind of music style,
the music is most love is hardcore/terror/frenchcore

music i really like besides that, is oldschool ( rock , some songs )
and apreski , and dutch music , but than only the songs for in the pub haha !

ohh, nicee ! always happy to see a dutch man =3

Neat mix, can totally hear that electro house at the first drop. Can def see myself getting down to it in the appropriate setting and not here at work haha. I am mostly into electronic music as well and DJ here and there but I can't do the computer stuff ha. I only do live vinyl mixes. Mostly it is just for fun at parties or if I am bored in my basement. Never anything serious or recorded. It is super fun though and I like to think I am good but by only using vinyl you are limited to your sounds and mixes but it is an awesome challenge ya know? Plus vinyl is expensive and you have to dig to find stuff on that format. Thank god for Ebay! Who are your influences/when did you start mixing? Anyway good stuff, keep it up. I am pumped to finally see EDM getting recognized in the US.

Yo! Thanks a lot:) I try to do my best haha. Still not there though, got lots to learn!
Oh cool, I haven't DJ'd anywhere though. Well once but that didn't really count. But I feel that I am ready to go and DJ at a party somewhere in a club. Never tried vinyl! Is it hard? Will you record something in the future? Because if so, I'd love to listen to it! People who aren't really good at DJing usually don't do vinyl, so I'd say you're good:). Ah yeah, of course. Stupid LP's. You could timecode your tracks though. You can hook something up to your mixer that allows you play vinyl-quality tracks I think from the timecoder. So, you basically play songs from your iTunes library onto your vinyl LP's, without having to go through all the trouble of buying new vinyl LP's. Might be something worth looking in to! I'm not sure though if that's what I think it is.

Ehm I started mixing at the age of... 17 I believe. So it has been 2 years. Well more. Maybe 2,5/3 years. I'm 19 now, but started just before turning 17 I think. Or was it 16? I'm not sure, haha.
My biggest influences are names such as Axwell, Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Hardwell, Eric Prydz, Deadmau5, Sander van Doorn, Roger Sanchez, Carl Cox, etc. All the big names.

Thanks again for the compliment man! It's really satisfying when I see people enjoy something I've made. That's what I do it for!
Ah yeah, EDM is becoming more and more popular over the world. Look at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Electric Daisy Carnaval and now TomorrowWorld!
