New mic

I might get a mic soon so, anyone got some recommendations for a good mic that sounds good and has a microphone

Whatever you do, don't get a Razer Carcharias. I bought mine and when I started using the headset it has had static whenever I talk ever since.

I don't know if it's just my computer or where it's plugged in, I've tried trouble shooting it and doesn't help. So don't get that headset.

I am using Turtle Beach X12, it is okay, I suppose. Got it for free from my cousin so I won't complain that much.

It's your computer. I've had mine for almost two years and it's the best headset I've ever owned. Do you use USB or analog?

I plug in the USB for the lighting then I plug in the two jacks for mic and headset.

I've read somewhere that it could be the outlet that I have it plugged into but In order for me to change positions of my desktop I need to get a wireless card.. for some reason my 4000$ computer didn't come with one. So once I get my wireless card/adapter I'll be able to test it out in different locations in the house. My landlord also did a pretty shitty job wiring this place, so I wouldn't doubt it's the outlet that my PC is plugged into.

Yea use usb for the voice then the jack for the sound (in sound settings). And configure your mic using the button on the bottom left of that Gui.
