This is a little difficult to complete, but can someone make me a spray for CS:S?

Firstly, You'll need to make a vector of this image.

And then, You'll need a background. I'm thinking something similar to this:

Or exactly that. Then, I'd like that vector made previously on the right hand side, with my name on the left, and the CS Division Division logo underneath it.

Again, I had to use a slightly different render than the one you wanted (I don't have the time to handmake vectors from non-transparent images, just not practiced enough to do it quickly), but I found a similar one and ended up with this:
