Hey my computer is stuck

Hey guys I need your help and quick I really want to make it to wild card. Unfortunately my computer wanted to update so I let it it is now stuck on update 3 of 4. I'm on my family iPad and need to know if I can shut it off in the middle of an update. It has been stuck for 2 hours now. So please I need to know if the is any hope for me to play!?

Does it appear to be active at all? Like, is there a progress bar or anything? Turning it off in the middle of an update is NOT a good idea.

Honestly, I'd ask the Tech Help guys. They can probably help more than I can. '

I've turned off my computer plenty of times during an update (only if it seems like its taking a LONG time) and usually the update screen comes back up and resumes.

In all honestly google would probably give you a quicker, better answer.......

But if you turn it off it should just restart or resume the update when you turn the computer back on. Depends on the update though...

Well, ignore my post haha. I was under the impression turning it off during an update would be bad for the computer.
