Weird Stuttering Lag TF2

For some reason my game will do a weird stuttering lag even if my ping is 30 or lower. I also notice that it persist more if I try to hold a button. eg. A action slot button like the high five taunt.

It baffles me why is this happening so can you guys shed some light on how to stop it?

That happens to me too
Does it still happen even after you close and reopen the game?
For me it happens sometimes but other times it's not there
It could just be TF2 but not sure

Do you guys run the net graph command while playing? It should show lag spikes and fps drops, including choke/loss of packets if you have it enabled. Does it only happen to TF2 or is it other games as well?

No it happens in other source games. The other game is Half-Life

It's something normal on TF2, but its intensity varies (AKA when I had my stock graphics card, LORD help me).

As for the other games, I'm not sure. It could be a Source engine bug rather than just TF2.

Valve messed with something in source and caused so many new bugs..
