SECURE CONNECTION FAILED PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ok i keep getting this message appear about 5 minutes after i join a game "A connection to the steam VAC servers could not be made. For trouble shooting network issues please click the link below."
I have done everything i can think of, checked for bugs and spyware, firewalls off peer gaurdians off, everything. help.

yeh i relaized that this was the wrong forum when i posted it, i didnt no how to delete it so i made another i nthe right forum SOZ 8)
