Battlefield 4 Frostbite 3?

Do you guys think frostbite 3 will be better optimized then Frostbite 2?
Real question is do you expect to see maybe more smoother/Higher Frames in battlefield 4?
Right now I have
AMD 8120
8GB ram
EVGA GTX 760 OC ACX

Im pretty sure I can run the game on High settings not max and get 60FPS.

I think you should be able to yes, not sure how much battlefield 4 requires more than battlefield 3.

The Frostbite 3 engine is pretty much just a refined version of the frostbite 2 engine. So believe it or not BF4 will be easier to run than BF3.

Thats what I am hoping because I feel BF3 wasn't optimized the best.
