Why is this game so hard?

Thanks guys for the tips. I now die 97% time now instead of the usual 99%. Found out that I like the m4 for some reason.

I will now bait my teammates and pick up on their kills now.

Minimap and footsteps are your best friends.

If you're not familiar with the map, use your radar and follow a large bunch of where your team goes.

Don't be the first to rush into new areas. Always follow teammates and back them up instead, that way:

1) Your teammates can absorb the enemies bullets.
2) You can pick off the enemies shooting at your teammates.
3) Chances are the enemies will not be at full health, making them easier to kill.

Rinse and repeat until you get a good feel for the map and the critical points.

If you do this, though, do not throw flashbangs. You never know when your teammates decide to corner.

I agree with this guy.. You can also search around for a Deathmatch Server So you can keep re spawning without a mission to get better with your aim.

Don't spray. 2-4 round bursts. If you spray with AK, aim at bottom left leg. It'll spray up to head

Like some have said, deathmatch servers are definitely where you want to go in order to learn the mechanics of the game, its weapons, and it general get better. De_dust2, cs_crackhouse, and fy_iceworld are great maps to start with in deathmatch. Just don't give up man. CSS takes alot of getting used to, but its worth it in the end.
