cs:s wont install

Hello, earlier today while playing counter strike i noticed that my hud was messed up, and all my binds where gone. So i was told by a friend to re-install cs. After uninstalling i tried re-installing it but i keep on getting this message, An error occurred while installing Counter Strike:Source(unknown error)
