Need a mic reccomendation

I've got a nice set of cans, but I don't have a mic, I know they are relatively cheap and I don't want to go with a boom mic (my logitech speakers have a headphone jack but no mic jack). Can anyone make any standing mic reccomendations? This way you can hear the suave sultry sounds of Sheik Yerbouti (sounds like a cross of Nelson Muntz and Dennis Miller). I can see the recommendations rolling in... :P

Yeah I use a Logitech 3.5mm Jack Desktop mic.... Should be relatively easy to find at walmart :O Works fine.

The USB one is better. It doesn't depend on the quality of the 3.5mm port you're plugging it into and works independently of your sound card.

Those Logitech 3.5mm are the ones i use and everyone hears me great, look at those.

Don't think because its not USB doesn't mean its not good, check out reviews for any mic before you choose

Hehe, the stage mic is the only thing I have that I guarantee is not going to break anytime soon. :(

I say that because a wire came loose from the insides of my headset's volume control thing, so I gotta go find something to put it back on. Otherwise, I have no left ear, essentially.

i bought a cheap 15 dollar pair that have been working perfectly for a year or so...the brand is labtec

i have a logitech gaming headset i bought at bestbuy years ago for 30 dollars. it works awesome, the speakers sound pretty good and it keeps my ears warm.
