So Friggin EXCITED!!!!!

Congratulations. If I may ask, what made you opt out from finishing your High School education to begin with?

I wasn't doing so well in school, so instead of dropping out and doing nothing I decided to do my GED.

I was just inquiring as to why you quit in the first place. I think it's awesome that you took the initiative to finish your education, but was just wondering what made you quit in the first place. Everyone likes a little prequal to a happy ending.

Well I was doing horrible, and highschool was not working out. By the end of the first semester of senior year I had 109 credits out of the 240 I needed to pass. When you are already having a tough enough time, and you also have to carry the mountain of that many more credits to go you start looking at other options. One of those was the GED. So I took that one because I was driving myself nuts worrying about school. I was always doing bad at school. When they tested my IQ and found out that it was something along the lines of 125 to 130, people could not figure out why I was doing so bad in school. So they put me in a learning impaired class in 7th grade onward. It was weird because a lot of kids where in that class for different reasons so I was in there with some people that did some crazy stuff. I was sitting there my first day doing my work when some kid got mad and threw a chair through a window three feet to my left. (That's also another reason I left highschool was because I wanted to get away from that loony class and i knew that I would never make it in a mainstream classroom.)

Congratulations Smiths! Much success to you in your next goal!

How does your credit system work at my high school you get half a credit for each class you pass so our credit numbers are lower
