No it doesn't. Well, maybe. I have such horrible issues with GS's staff and the things they support on that network, which include DDoSing, channel takeovers, and whatnot on other networks (specifically ETG).

Their services are nice and shiny though.

I think their staff is awesome, you ask to register a channel and a couple seconds later they're on it.

I've never really had any issues and it doesn't matter which server we use, so as long as we actually use one that's populated.
