Problems connecting to wifi (windows 8)

Hey guys, i just got a new laptop. Here it is: http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/pcs/NP470R5E-K01UB

Everything is fine and its really nice. The internet works with an ethernet cable hooked up, but when i take it out and try to connect to wifi, it can't connect. It will say limited. I have seen many others with this problem as I read online and watch numerous videos, but nothing seems to work. Its not my internet, because the wifi works on my iphone and with everyone else in the family.

Any ideas on how to help?

Sounds like a driver problem. Try to download new drivers from the WiFi adapter manufacturer's website.

If you need help finding what wifi card you have just let me know and I would gladly help you find out.

Check the router and make sure you don't have MAC address filtering on. If you do, you need to add the laptop's address to make it work.

This, when I purchased a lenovo laptop I had to reinstall my wifi adapter.
