<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">Over the past couple of weeks, PSC Leadership has been looking at one of the most prestigious and rare awards they give out, the Recruiter of the Month award. It used to be up to each division to declare a top recruiter, but about a year ago, it was decided that it was time to globally recognize the "Top Gun" in the community when it comes to recruiting. The current award has only been given out a total of 12 times, making it one of rarest awards in all of eGO. To show the PSC's gratitude for the winner's dedication to recruiting and eGO, they also send them a one-of-a-kind t-shirt.
Recently, much thought has been given to what it means to be the best recruiter. So in the interest of generating more competition between recruiters, the PSC Leadership will be instituting a 10 recruit minimum to be eligible for Recruiter of the Month.
Finally, the Leadership would like to make a personal challenge to the community. The Recruiter of the Month medal should be given to an e. Sometimes an e has come close, but now should be the time an e actually wins the award. By no means does this mean that G's and O's should not recruit. That would be counterproductive and defeat the purpose of the challenge. It means that every member should be striving for this amazing award and participate in this monthly goal. So the ball is in your court, go out, recruit, and show the community why you are the greatest recruiter in eGO.
