How I didn't notice this until now I have no clue... Haven't played P2 in a while since I got into a serious retro game kick (dang you Rogue Legacy! Dang you!!).
Have to say I'm happy to see another jewelry heist. It's pretty well laid out, except those islands can become insanely irritating during a firefight... Also wish you could do a little more in the area as opposed to just drilling the safe in the car showroom, I mean that salon and clothing store are just sitting there all smug and whatnot... Would have made a good target for a quick in & out for the registers.

That's true. Also, the heist is MUCH easier if you just stealth it.
1) Side door = Security office. Have 1 man picklock it and kill the guard. Answer page (Smooth talker perk), and bag the body. Usually he doesn't have keycard, but sometime's there's a safe in there usually a titan safe (drill only).
2) Work your way around back, avoid the cameras. Crouch, as there's people in the courtyard behindyou so stick close to the wall. Go up the stairs to the back door and picklock it. This should lead you upstairs.
3) Once in, avoid the cameras and find the manager lady. dominate her, and tie her hands, she usually has the keycard. Find the little device on the wall to deactivate the cameras/alarms for showcases.
4) this is where your teammates comes in. Someone lay down an ECM. Once, that ECM is done, lay down another, and another.
5) Start looting while this is occuring. You usually need 14 bags. So, get going.
6) Make sure you either kill/dominate all the people outside and in the store.
7) TidBits: There's a vent upstairs near the office, you can throw your money bags through if alarm starts to ring and then fight from from the car dealership next door. Easier battle.
8) Dont' shoot any civilians outside near vents. The sound will trigger alarms, regardless of whether or not you have a silencer.
9) Dont start a drill on the titan safe upstairs until after you place the ECM. Whether or not you have a silent drill, this usually makes the alarm go off.
