steam skins

looking for a new steam skin, i've had my fill of the popular ones (like metro and pixelvsision), so right now i'm looking for a new sleek one.

anyone have any suggestions?

Doesn't really help this thread. I didn't know what he was talking about either, but I did a simple search in google of "Steam Skins" and I found this link --->

This is pretty cool stuff. Some of them look like people who make things for Window Blinds, Linux, Android, Xfire (if anyone still uses that..)

yeah that's what i was referring to. basically just changing your steam interface, colors and stuff. that thread is cool, but i've seen em all. kind of outdated, 2010 on it. i fav my site steam site is skinyoursteam.com.

There is 48 pages, and people are still posting new things on it. But I was mostly posting that for the other fellow that posted right before me.

I personally don't mind what Steam looks like, but I barely pay attention to what it looks like anymore as I just login, load whatever game and play.

Some nice looking skins for sure, but like Celtic I login and play. Plus Steam minimizes on startup and I do everything off right click. Except the store but then I'm too busy deciding what I want.

yeah steam skins just aren't for some people. understandable.

i spend a bit of time using steam, all around. chatting, steamcommunity boards, stuff like that.

btw how do you get steam to minimize on startup? or do you just do it manually

Yeah, it's an option under settings I believe.

interesting, i couldn't seem to find it. :\ and i even googled around for it a little too. all i could find is changing the favorite window or whatever to something other than store, something smaller or less obtrusive.

shall good though. this option does sound interesting enough to have more light shed on it though.
